  • Outreach data: when you connect your Gmail account, we access your authorized email data solely to send and track outreach campaigns on your behalf.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, interactions, and device/browser information.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To match teachers with schools and facilitate hiring.
  • To send and manage outreach emails through your connected Gmail account.
  • To communicate with you about your account and platform updates.
  • To improve our services and ensure platform security.

4. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account, EduConnect requests access to send and read email on your behalf for outreach campaigns. We store OAuth tokens securely and never store your Gmail password. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes our access and deletes your stored credentials.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help operate the platform (such as email delivery and hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption for stored OAuth tokens and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. You may disconnect your Gmail integration at any time from your outreach dashboard.
